Join ImageNation Cinema Foundation for a screening of Rahiem Shabazz’s Elementary Genocide 2: The Board of Education vs. The Board of Incarceration, followed by an informatove panel discussion with Black educators. This documentary film features interviews with noted educators and activists including: Dr. Umar Johnson, Chief Juvenile Court Judge Steven C. Teske, honorable U.S. Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, Dhoruba bin Wahad, Dr. Boyce Watkins, Dr. Steve Perry, Tracey D. Syphax, Sister ZaZa Ali and others. 

Going beyond the headlines and conspiracy theories, The Board of Education Vs. The Board of Incarceration  digs deep to explore the systematic miseducation of America’s Black children.

Moderated by ImageNation founder Moikgantsi Kgama, panelists Include: Rahiem Shabazz, director of Elementary Genocide 2Kamau Ptah, educator & nationally renowned COSEBOC Consultant; Voyka Soto, Founder & Executive Director of Sofara International Charter School; Pascale Bernard, Deputy Commissioner, Community Relations Bureau, NY Human Rights Commission; and author, and founder of the Harlem Liberation School Agyei Tyehimba and entrepreneur/philanthropist/mentor Tracey D.
